A view over part of the (not so) Black Isle, near Avoch.
Had a wee cycle about, and stopped here a while. I like this view, especially the farm with the tree-lined fields. A rare site these days. Lots of cereal crops approaching maturity. Mainly barley and wheat in these yellowish patches. A few combine harvesters were out, and one field that was harvested at the weekend was already being ploughed for the next crop.
Did have another shot in mind, a somewhat depressing one, but either needed a wider angled lens, or a more distant viewpoint. Will investigate the latter, though may need to seek permission.
Forecast for tomorrow looks to be constant rain, until late afternoon. Indoor jobs methinks...
