Classic route, lovely run

I haven't run for a couple of weeks but it seemed a good idea to chase off the remnants of a particularly nasty cough and go for a run where I could stop at every opportunity to enjoy the view - the Coffin Road from Rydal and back alongside the lake fitted the bill perfectly.
