Pink Blossom

There was a really hard frost this morning. I started my day with a couple of hours of work. Once that was done my boss ordered me to log off!!

It was a beautifully sunny day, once My laptop was away, I walked down to the pop up bakery for a few treats. It was then back home for a few chores, before I headed out for a walk out along the river to Amisfield Garden. I had a wander round, before walking back to town. This is the longest walk I’ve done for a few weeks, and thankfully my hip stood up to the challenge.

Later in the afternoon I took the bus into Edinburgh, and met up with TT for a quick bite to eat, before heading out to Murrayfield to watch rugby at the Hive Edinburgh v Saracens. Given the six nations is currently underway, they both fielded development squads. It was a very exciting game and high scoring game , with Saracens winning 54:45. I only went because BB decided not to go.

We had the worst bus journey home, with loud and banal conversations behind us, and to the side of us. We were so glad when we got off the bus!!

This lovely pink bliss was blooming in Amisfield Walled Garden.
