EXCITEMENT….

…and a little trepidation at The Brambles.
Our builder arrived today to talk through the plans. It seems to be less than we expected (although The Rev did pluck a figure out of the air) and he can start in a weeks time.
AND…we have accepted an offer on our house. Less than we hoped for but no chain as she has sold and has moved in with her Mum. The other offer was £10,000 more but in a chain of 8 that started in Sept and has broken down twice. Nothing is definite but all happened as we hoped for in October (by Easter).
