Pembroke

I Nordic Walked with my friend this morning from Pembroke to Beaucette Marina. The beach was swampy, each foot sank several inches deep into the sand, very unusual. Hard work in the heat! Saw a few blue jelly fish on the sand too. Nice to paddle at the end.
