That Time

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

Smashley arrived last night with his dog, Bonnie. He’s staying for the weekend to get Bonnie settled in as she’s staying for a couple of weeks while they go on holiday.

She settled well last night and slept downstairs with Murphy. I will admit to some trepidation about walks (after Ziggy’s recent disappearing act). She’s a pointer and Smashley says she’ll bolt if she gets the scent of deer. He said we could lead walk her and I was feeling bad about that…until it became the only option because she went into season this morning!

So on the plus side, we won’t have to worry about her running away. I just have to make sure she doesn’t go home pregnant!
