Our son

He is fragile as he describes emotionally.
He explained zero self  confidence, Which you cannot have when Boxing..Being 99% mental..
If you have no esteem you continually believe you cannot which is what happened Saturday I am.told by him.

He also says people boxing are "fighting facing their demons"
He has been having  therapy and the root cause is being bullied at secondary school..
So so sad to hear from a quiet gentle kind man...

We had a beautiful walk around West Wittering today perfect weather and skies.

Then on to Lobster pot to feed him.. always hungry..
