Hoopoe

On the feeding game drive tonight the hoopoe was sitting in the open; I managed to get a couple of shots before it flew off! Yeah.  It is such a flighty bird I've had few good results but am happy with this.
The extra is of this year's giraffe baby - a little boy sadly, (as he will eventually have to be sold on)  but so cute with his fluffy 'horns'.
We saw two of the jackals again tonight.
