Lovely productive day.

I put off my Lasagna batch baking last week as I had a rotten cold, then yesterday because it was an inset day for Eithan and Rafe and they wanted to come to us for ‘Grandpa Bread and M&S Ham crisps’ for lunch.
So this morning I made 8 portions of creamy mushroom soup, to go into the freezer, then 4 Lasagna’s and a creamy rice pudding. I was so grateful over the 10 days that I felt rotten to know that there were homemade meals ready to heat through and enjoy. The Lasagna is in the Airfryer so just a pot of the mushrooms sauce to see.
