Terrible night for me again last night.  My sinuses are really bad but I can't  take decongestants ...

Anyway, I'm not feeling particularly well and was glad to work from home today.  Feels a bit like a cold, but not sure if its hay fever or a cold at the moment...  Sore throat too.

Back in the office tomorrow, so I'm really hoping I can sleep better tonight!

At least I can relax now :)
