Mall shopping

We try to buy things in independent shops as much as possible. We were to the mall with boring chain shops that can be found in every single town. But there is one exception here and that is the shoe shop.  My husband needed new spring boots. And he found a pair he liked, in the right color and that were also comfortable.
We noticed that many shops had closed and that there were not many people out, so it probably does not go so well for the big chains either.
