Evening run

Yoga this morning, routine food shopping and an abortive attempt to get the car washed, the automatic thing had packed up due to the freezing temperatures in the last few days. I might just wait till it’s MOT and service in August.
Window cleaning this afternoon which I do about as often as washing the car.
And a fabulous 5k run with RunTalkRun plus a sweet golden retriever this evening around Pollok Park. The dog barely broke into a trot.
