Serenity

This morning our yoga teacher surprised us by quoting the AA serenity prayer as part of the introduction to the mediation session.
She explained it was to help us come to terms with the troubled, uncertain and dangerous world we find ourselves in:

“God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.”

Meanwhile Leo’s main concern is finding the warmest spot in the house.
