Introducing...

Here is my daughter, Vikki - Mum to Harry. She has never appeared on Blip before but I felt it was time for her to be introduced to you.

We had another good, family day today, this time Mr DV and I went to London with Vikki and Harry. We had to take Harry for a hospital appointment but luckily that went well and so we were able to enjoy the day. We had a picnic sitting beside the Princess Diana memorial in Hyde Park, we walked along the South Bank and enjoyed all the street entertainers who were out in force and we went on a river cruise. Here are V and H in front of the London Eye (they were fumigating every pod as people left them). Also, interestingly the building next to the Eye was the home of the GLC until the late 80s and Harry's Great Grandfather (Mr DV's Dad) worked there as treasurer of the GLC for many years, Mr DV was telling us about the times he would go into work with his Dad.

The day was rounded off by a turn on the roundabout and a pizza supper!!!
