Mussel rock

We walked across Uig Sands in the sunshine this morning. Here we found a good sunbathing spot - for humans, and mussels (blipped here) alike.

The water was just too tempting so we popped back to our guest house to change into wet suits for a dip. Mr hazelh snorkelled in the river that runs into the bay while I floated in the water on our boogie board.

This evening's entertainment will be a short cycle ride to the café 6 miles up the road for supper.

Exercise today - beach walk, swimming, cycling.
