At the End of the Day

We have been lucky with no flooding or damage from the strong winds that many parts of the city had over night. The road to Akaroa has been closed today because of flooding. They must have had a lot of rain around and on Banks Peninsula. 

This morning I used my walker to do some shopping. Sure was much easier for me and my back didn't hurt at all. It lets me walk more evenly. 

This afternoon the weather cleared and we had a little sunshine at times. The wind has dropped and no more rain.
