New green route

A key arterial route into Cheltenham is being uprooted - literally removing established trees and hedges to enable a safe cycle spine to ultimately link Cheltenham-Gloucester-Stroud. In principle it is great concept. It’s costing millions and will close our quickest route into town for at least three months. I hope cyclists will use it and not continue to ride on main carriageway? In our garden we are doing our best to offset these habitat losses and were rewarded by bees on our flowering currants!
