.".. when photography is not at the forefront’
I tend to go for food.
Coffee and chat with Lyn online early.
Dodworth for a couple of appointments.
Back home feeling tired. 4pm my half dose of meds. I’m struggling in an evening, really struggling and although I’ve been putting some of it down to lack of sleep I think I’m actually running out of Dopamine by the evening. My feet do,what I call ‘stuttering’ in that they stick to the floor and I take lots of little steps while I decide what I was meaning to do. I also just want to sleep. I’ve been trying podcasts or radio broadcasts as an alternative to the tv, which I really struggle with at the moment. I listened to a couple things, the last one was Melvyn Bragg’s broadcast on Catherine of Aragon and it was really interesting to hear more of her side of the story.
I turned my light out about 9.45 and have been awake since 4.10am. Oh and I’m also reading last years Booker Prize winner, Orbital, which I’m wowed by. It certainly wouldn’t be many peoples read but I think the way she has imagined what it must be like to be in the space station hurtling around the earth xxx times a day is just incredible and the way she writes about their lives and how they relate to one another just works so well for me.
