A man, his bike, the sea. A love triangle

Having taken the morning off for a checkup at the liver clinic, I thought that I might as well capitalise on the fresh, glorious sunshine and treat my fatty and slightly stiff liver to a cold sea swim. 
Stiffness is not always greeted with alarm, in my 50s. Unfortunately when it comes to the liver, it needs to be paid heed and acted upon. 
The Mediterranean diet is rumoured to be just the ticket.
I have checked some Magaluf all-day-breakfast menus online and I think I'm able for it.
