Hoverfly

Its been a good day, sun and warm with a slight breeze.
Took mum and a friend out for coffee. Then this afternoon had a funeral, she was 95 which was a good age but not many left to attend the service. After this we went on to the Beecroft Art gallery to an exhibition of work by Essex people and also a photographic display by a member of Southend Photographic Society, both interesting.
Took a few shots in the garden and liked this hoverfly, narrowly won over a starling at the fat ball! Best large.
