Sunny spring walk

I had a lovely walk round town with blipper Trixie which included Levenhall Links Bird Reserve (a nice twitcher pointed told us which birds were there inc. wigeons, plovers, curlews etc.), Musselburgh Lagoons, and the beach, before having a burger and chips from the Sizzlers van by the beach (who said I was on a diet and trying to eat healthily). I also managed to tip Ann’s Diet Coke partly over Trixie … oops!

This was followed by a walk up the North High Street, High Street and the playing fields on our way back to the house where Ann had parked.

It was great to catch up with Ann and Trixie, who carried her squeaky ball (a pressie from me) for the whole three hour walk in the glorious spring sunshine.

21k steps today … the highest of the year so far.
