Light and shade

That we got another sunny day was a lovely surprise as the forecast was for cloud and snow, after an hour or so of sun.
That forecast got us up and out early so we spent a fair bit of time on perfectly groomed slopes with not many other skiers.
We went from our side of this resort, Grandvalira, right across to the far side, and then back. Finding the right combination of lifts and slopes was a challenge, but we managed it, even if we had to skip lunch to ensure getting home before the lifts closed!
