New arrivals

Chionadoxa beginning to flower in the garden next to a small clump of Grape Hyacinths. After a cloudy start with a light shower there was less of the penetrating Easterly wind and the day improved gradually to a cloudless sky by late afternoon. Ideal conditions for the long walk  (approx 4 miles )  around Saltram  Park with friends and a welcome coffee afterwards.
