Into Worthing for swim at the lovely leisure centre, and then to the weekly food market. They do say 'never shop when you're hungry' and I'm always starving after a swim. We have a lot of food now.
I do love the fishing boats in Worthing & here is one.
Spent the afternoon doing stuff for Artists Open House in May & rejoining tennis club, all of which seemed to take longer than it should but done now.
