Uncommon

The river is running high and swiftly moving downriver. Several male common mergansers and a lone bald eagle were spotted. We had a nice chat with “John”, a cyclist who was resting on a bench when we walked by and said hello. Before long we were engaged in politics and the current state of the world. It felt good to let off steam and share similar worries. We welcome crossing paths with him again • A beautiful sunny day in the mid-50’s, not feeling a bit like mid-March. Lovely! Some cooler weather with possible s**w in the forecast over the next week. We’re holding our breath!! • Peace & Love
