An achievement!

On and off since last summer (excluding periods when I was given steroids )I was finding it very difficult to breathe and walk uphill. For years I have had very well controlled asthma and hardly anyone knew I had it.

Today we decided to climb up the path to the National Wallace Monument . I managed no bother at all. Did not even need my blue inhaler. Here’s hoping this continues.
