Spring Flower
Little Man and I have had a lovely day, albeit very long. Little Man doesn't have nursery on Wednesdays, so I try to organise appointments, meetings with friends and shopping trips on Wednesdays. Today, Little Man and I had an appointment in Amersfoort, the forth one since December. This time we didn't break the journey up by staying in a hotel.
We were able to pick up a few things that we needed, toilet paper and nappies, before we went to the appointment. It did clear a few things up in regards to being able to help Little Man's development and prepare him for starting primary school in September.
The journey home was an absolute headache. We missed the 4 o'clock bus by 5 minutes and had to wait 1½ hours for the next bus. Little Man wasn't impressed. He wanted to go home. We picked up a few things whilst we waited.
The bus that was due at 5:29 pm didn't turn up until 5:50 pm and then we got stuck in traffic. We weren't home until just before 6:45, because the bus driver decided to take a different route to get out of the traffic. He kindly dropped Little Man and me right outside our home.
We were supposed to go to life group tonight (Timann and I was going to see if Little Man would sleep in one of the spare rooms), but I decided that it would be best for us to stay home. We were both too tired.
