The grand unpicking.

       I thought that, if I used that thumbnail, rather than the grimy cloth of the Bandage it might be obvious and anybody likely to Squeam would get the hint and not settle there.
       The extra is after the 1st "Massage" with some of the last of Alice's E45.
        I'd be lying to say it didn't hurt at all - BUT - "It's a lot less worse."   ;¬)
