Springtime in White Lady Wood
Another lovely sunny day, but freezing cold initially. I am stuck at work until near lunchtime. Partner and I head out for a walk. In White Lady Wood, the woodland floor is becoming very green. That familiar 'garlic' smell is not garlic at all in Edinburgh and the Lothians, but another Allium plant, few-flowered leek.
After work walk is lovely, especially in the sunshine. Views are a tad hazy. On the way back, it is lovely enough to sit in the park and watch life go by for 15 minutes or so before heading home.
