Sleep inducing

Lavender essential oil in my diffuser tonight. Not that I need anything to help me sleep really as the telly and sofa is currently enough to induce sleep. It’s been a bright day today and not too many frustrations along the way. Home via the supermarket and still limited chicken options for Bailey but enough to ensure that he doesn’t go without.
