Another Sooz-Hen Flies the Coop

She’s known around here as #9, but very soon she will have a new identity and a new home. I do love the way these chickens find their forever nests. She is my attempt at staying within a black and white palette, not an easy task when confronted by a big stash of colorful yarn. I’m already thinking about the next one. She will be in Miami Dolphins colors (turquoise and orange, speaking of limited palettes…) because the football grandson just signed with that team. Goodbye to the New York Jets; the green and white chicken has been retired.
