Abundance

Coming down from the high of yesterday evening with an early trip to Narbonne for a long-awaited medical appointment. The weather was dismal, and I felt unsettled sitting in the same waiting room I had been in with Sue just over a year ago. But I "only" had to wait 45 minutes beyond my appointment time, and everything was tickety-boo, so off I skipped for coffee in Brasserie Co, and a quick visit to les Halles where patisserie was bought.

I was glad I'd got my steps in walking round Narbonne, because the weather was worse at home, and a walk did not appeal. Gym in the evening further improved the FitBit stats.
