Shadow over food experiment

Son left, Wife went out in the evening, so, suddenly the house was quiet and I could try a cooking experiment (Buckwheat flour, eggs and stuff).

Conclusion? reasonable taste, unappealing appearance- not one I could offer guests without perfecting it further.

As a point of information as I cook for people almost every day I have to remain consistent. I enjoy experimenting from scratch i.e not using a recipe just experiments.

Also, Son arrived safely in Canada and breezed through immigration control (cryptic message-"a good day to be white")
