Car badges

These were at the Mart today. A long time ago when I was teaching a P4 class ( 8 year old) I had a boy whose family were often in trouble and I know he got into trouble when he was an adult. Although he was a rascal I was quite fond of him. One day when I was sitting beside him he told me not to worry if anyone stole the VW badge off my car as I just had to tell him and he would get me another. Fortunately no one stole my badge.
