Butcher's Window, Foix

Things I have learnt this week:

1.  The Spring equinox doesn't necessarily mean it feels like Spring.

2.  Foix is protected from le vent d'Autan by the mountains.  The Fuxiens  don't know they're born.

3.  Back down in the valley of the Hers, the wind makes dogs, cats and Alzheimer's patients completely mad.

4.  Tea flavoured with synthetic lemon doesn't taste good. 

5.  It's hard to find a good curry in France
