Gym

Much warmer today so spent much of it in the garden rubbing down and then oiling the play equipment. Didn’t quite have enough oil to finish but it took hours in any event. Quite late and after quickly knocking up a curry to have later, we went down to the DLC for a gym and swim session, and I enjoyed my 5k run more than previous ones so hopefully that means I am getting fitter again.
