Beer

By general consensus this week has been extra long. It's official.

Other than that I had quite a fun day. Ignoring the worky part of work I managed to have a hug and say "Hi" to a friend based in Cardiff who was in London for the day, caught up with another friend who's had a it of a health scare (and might have to give up drinking; not the end of the world by any stretch of anyone's imagination but still a big change) but is OK for now, squeeze in a drink with Himself and still get to the West End to meet up with another old friend I haven't seen for about four years to gossip and compare old lady running injury stories. 

All that and I was still home by 10pm.
