Here's Looking at You Baby!

Eye test done - tick. Nat West ID check done - tick. Picked up some blueberries and raspberries for dinner with Penny and Pete - tick. Paperwork - partial tick - it seems to be never ending! Pete picked me up (bless him) just after 1800 to drive to Penny for dinner. we also took a "vintage but works" electric mower with us which I had rescued from the shed in Treen. It should help Penny and Steve especially in the short term. On arrival (dark) I managed to put it in a dilapidated shed at the bottom of their garden. I fear it may become structural if they are not careful!! Ottilie is being demanding (as I guess babies are) but nonetheless, Penny had made a world class dinner of meatballs using the slow cooker for the first time. It was lovely to see everyone. I worry about seeing everyone so tired. I guess it can only get better.
