The 'almost' outdoors is free….

….dropped Nancy at the station. She’s off to the big smoke for 24hours to lunch with her aunt and dine with her chums.

I headed up to Peebles to meet mum. My late Dad’s birthday today so good to keep her busy. Whilst I was gone Simon popped in and fixed the snapped wire on the garage door.

Home again now after a tour of upper Tweeddale, a fruit scone, coffee and a bit of gossiping in the village shop where I used to live before my 29 year stint in Leith.

After I've completed my cycle to nowhere in the garage, I'm back inside with complete control of the TV and Radio tonight…..so I’ll be asleep by 8.30pm.
