Batch Cooking

A day off today but I still woke up at 6am and saw straight away the bad news about Heathrow. S. Should have been flying back from Gibraltar today to Heathrow. Bit of a ‘mare. Having found a taxi to Malaga and bought a new flight to Gatwick that subsequently also got cancelled and redirected to Stansted with a further delay I hope he will finally get back before midnight and hope I don’t get recalled from bed for taxi duty . At least there is no car to recover from the Heathrow carpark, that is at least lucky. Thinking of all the people with travel plans in tatters. Xx


I spent the day batch cooking healthy food. This got quite exhausting in the end and took a startlingly long time!
