Spring Day

A typical Friday for Little Man and me. Little Man had nursery this morning, as normal, which he was very happy about. We woke up to a gloriously warn and sunny morning so we didn't need to put our winter jackets on.

The wind picked up during the morning, which didn't bother me, as I had no plans to bike anywhere. My life group leader, Sjanne, came round for a coffee and a chat while Little Man was away. It was great. Sjanne and I have a good relationship and I'm very grateful to be able to have her as a friend.

I made Little Man a sandwich before I went to get him. We had a lovely afternoon together; he spent a lot of time outside in the garden. So he got chucked in the shower before we had dinner. He had a lot of fun and didn't want to come out despite the fact he was hungry. I put Little Man into bed earlier than normal, as he was quite tired and I wanted to ensure that he has a good night's sleep.
