Sleepy

Me too! 
I’ve been feeling very tired and sluggish recently, no inspiration and a bit stressed. Family stuff, I’ll get over it .
At least it was choir this morning and it was good to see everyone.
It was a dry day but the temperature has dropped and I felt really cold.
Frank saw the surgeon and the dressings have been removed - I saw the wounds and bruises for the first time. Impressive! He is still sore but the painkillers work quite well.
The extra is Bella yesterday - She has never, in her life laid down on a flower bed, she has a rug outdoors to lie on. Weird dog. Luckily there were no plants in there yet. Maybe she thought she’d grow in there!

We watched The Americas on BBC iPlayer tonight. Fabulous footage of wildlife and the national parks. Trump has sacked a lot of the staff who worked there, he couldn’t care less about nature.

Book and bedtime now. I’m reading a book called The Dressmakers of Auschwitz. I thought it was a novel but it’s actually fact and there are so many similarities to what is going on now in Russia and Ukraine and the USA. Eye opening.
