Lighthouse

After breakfast we drove to Porthcawl and had a bracing walk along the promenade. After a coffee and some shopping we drove to Cowbridge. A lovely town with lots of independent shops. 
The lighthouse is at Porthcawl. It was constructed of cast iron in 1860. It was the last coal and gas-powered lighthouse in the UK.
