On a Friday

I managed to enact my plan: getting out of work in good time to go for a run, meaning I can get another one in on Sunday. I was quite pleased with myself but Bailey was a bit bemused.

Before that there was a standard Friday for me (less so for those in the west.) Teaching, supervising, wandering and covering for other folk. I started on a job before I left that’s needed for Monday and still managed to get out as planned.
