The Hospital Cafeteria has a new Chef!

Today I had a Vegetable Panini and Strawberry Shortcake.

Mom and I made a meal of the treats while she's on dialysis.

Both of the choices were delicious and I'm looking forward to more
Shortcake.
It is the first time I've seen it served in the 9 plus years she's been doing dialysis.

I'm certain to take more food shots since this one came out so well.

This Chef puts out sample plates of the items for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner so those taking their meals in the cafeteria can have a look see at what the food should look like once it is plated and ready to eat.
