Hay Lodge parkrun

MrsT and I did the early morning dog walk before I headed down to the Scottish Borders town of Peebles for another week of parkrun tourism.

Nice course, nice volunteer team and nice bunch of locals.

Quiet day planned after a busy week at work.

Will coax L into helping me make a nice family dinner tonight.
