Kente Cloth
After what seems like about a month of consecutive sea days (!) we finally arrived this morning in the port of Tema, Ghana.
It's a very busy place, with lots of big cargo ships loading and unloading all sorts of goods including huge rolls of steel (see extra) and sacks of what looks like either grain or flour. There is also a temporary market set up on the dock to entice we cruise passengers -- amongst the goods on offer is this very colourful display of traditional Ghanaian Kente Cloth.
We didn't go ashore today as we want to make sure Mr. W is well on the road to recovery from his little "issue". (He's feeling just fine, but we decided it was probably most unwise to stray terribly far from a reliable loo!)
