Victoria Sponge

Our lovely Handiman, Jason, visited to carry out some much needed outdoor jobs which have been neglected due to recent circumstances.    I do believe in looking after those who look after us and, as he loves cake, I  made him a Victoria Sponge to accompany his cups of tea.
