Context matters...

I have no idea why this very shouty sign was there. Was I supposed to be cautious about runners? Were runners - who were entirely absent - supposed to exercise caution? Who knows? Who cares?

The extra is of one of a large number of helium balloons which were tied to benches, railings, etc in the town centre. They advertise this newly opened burger joint, which proudly proclaims how much it cares about the environment - discarded balloons are a serious hazard to wildlife, but perhaps that's a little too killjoy for them to understand!
