Even though it was a late night at Alex and Di's, sitting in their garden doing some serious damage to a few whiskies (and some beer) until about 2am, I managed to still go for the paper. Not much else was done. Made bread and started repairing the big pannier on the right side of my bike - the side that gets all the sun (when there's sun for it to be parked in) and that has seen its webbing straps disintegrate from UV exposure. So the front of the bag has been separated from the rest so that I can get it under the sewing machine needle and sew on some new straps. Then I'll need to sew the whole thing back together.
